I told whomever is working tonight to not turn off motion light in the bathroom. He flips out and even says if I act this way again that he's working the entire month and will make my life a living hell.
By the way I have it recorded.
He directly threatened me, he must not return.
I may not be friendly to people that haven't earned it from me, I agree to that, but what I don't do is go around threatening residents. I'm sure last evenings issue can be quickly resolved as it should be.

After that event, I stayed in my room and avoided him the rest of his shift.

He worked again, and like I predicted, it escalated, I got loads of GoPro HD video because he wouldn't stop yelling at me so I recorded it, and now he sees he can't shut me up, so he's calling me racist. This will not stand.
I'm not going to sit back and let this guy get worse and worse, meanwhile I pay the price, hell no.
