**Pine Street Inn Supportive Housing Management Racist abuse of the disabled**
I find myself in a deeply distressing situation where I have become a victim of racist defamation/libel. The management of my former supportive housing unit concocted a false hate crime in an effort to force me out. It turns out, they accused ME of what THEY were doing. They likely assumed I would be unable to defend myself if made homeless again. They were wrong. With such strength in resolve, I refuse to succumb to racist intimidation. I had installed security cameras that captured the entire incident, thereby proving my innocence.
Despite possessing this clearly damning evidence (I posted the footage to YouTube within minutes and sent links via Email), the management has refused to admit responsibility for their actions and so the cover-up began. They spread these false allegations and have severely tarnished my reputation, now making it impossible for me to find housing ever again in Boston. I'm stranded within the homeless shelter system, in which they largely control.
I'm seeking justice and plan to take legal action to reverse the destruction they've wrought on my life. For now, I don't need immediate help with housing as I've chosen to stay at a nearby shelter. It's not under the same management that attacked me, thereby providing safety. The management of my former address had threatened my life several times, making it crucial for me to stay somewhere out of their reach. They've put a target on my back that i cannot remove myself.
It's critical that I fight back to clear my name, and through legal action, I not only will restore my reputation but also prevent this racist injustice from happening to other innocent people in the future.
I first tried to get an apology letter from them to present to housing authorities and future landlords, but they refused. My videos are substantial evidence of their repeated lies. In my lawsuit, I am seeking financial compensation as a means to correct these wrongs.
The management accuse me of using racial slurs and threatening violence. My 24hr time stamped security camera footage clearly shows that I did not engage in any such behavior. I had issues with the management because they ignored my requests for help dealing with racist tenants in the past, I have evidence of the actual racist incidents that took place, and now it's turned into retaliation against me, the one speaking up. I never dreamt the management itself would resort to racist tactics but here we are.
Despite my attempts to present this evidence to Administrators, they have retaliated and tried to suppress it. I have received court notices threatening eviction and criminal charges. They continue to portray me as the perpetrator, and treat me as enemy #1.
These false allegations have severely hampered my ability to secure housing in Boston as I qualify only for subsidized units. The management has informed all Boston housing authorities of their allegations against me, resulting in my being denied housing.
"Opinions are protected, but misrepresentation of facts is not. If you published something false about someone, were negligent in verifying the information, and caused demonstrable harm (or made a particularly egregious claim, like that I said incredibly racist things), you could be found liable and made to pay for substantial damages."
"Sue everything that moves, and then sort it out in discovery"
Everything detailed here is what autistic spectrum people deal with, others taking advantage of our social ineptitude for their own gain. This is something we're often victims of, rarely caught in the act, until now.
As of December 2023, I'm only interested in suing all parties involved for defamation/libel, not housing law, we're well past that now. I've only detailed events before/during/after eviction for full transparency so the public can better grasp how disgusting their methods and motives are.

My name is Jeramy Dalpe, diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder and suffering from severe PTSD. I was unjustly accused by Pine Street Inn of committing a hate crime, based on false allegations that I made racist remarks. However, my security camera footage proves otherwise. As a result of this orchestrated lie, I lost my housing and all my belongings. Racial housing discrimination!
Pine Street Inn is an organization that should be providing shelter to those in need but instead has been involved in discriminatory practices leading to the displacement of innocent individuals like myself. This incident isn't just about me; it's about the countless others who may have been victims of similar injustices but lacked the means to prove their innocence.
In Boston alone, there are over 6,000 homeless individuals (Boston Health Care for the Homeless Program), many relying on organizations like Pine Street Inn for support. It's crucial that these organizations maintain transparency and fairness in their operations.
I demand immediate reinstatement of my housing rights at Pine Street Inn and return of all my belongings that were taken from me due to this false accusation... or i can get a complete list of all items i ever bought from amazon, add it up, and you could write me a check for everything in one lump sum. It's up to you. I'm sure most of the items are either broken or divided amongst your employees, so it's all tainted and\or missing.
Furthermore, we call upon local authorities to hold Pine Street Inn accountable for its actions and implement measures ensuring such incidents do not occur again.
We believe in justice and equality for all residents of Boston regardless of their circumstances or conditions.
BTW, not all homeless are chemical dependent or alcoholics, I'm the perfect example of that.
Defamation happens when a person makes a false statement—verbally or in writing—about someone else that damages that person's reputation.
Each state has its own defamation laws, but the basic principles of defamation law are the same in every state.
A plaintiff suing for defamation typically must show that the defendant:
Plaintiffs must also show that the defendant was "at fault" when the statement was made. The legal definition of fault changes based on who was defamed. Private figures must show that the defendant acted "negligently." In other words, the plaintiff must show that the defendant didn't bother to find out if the statement was true or false before making it.
Public figures must show that the defendant acted with "actual malice." Actual malice means that the defendant either knew that the statement was false, or acted with reckless disregard for whether it was true or false.
Libel and slander are methods of defamation. Libel is defamation in written form. Slander is defamation that is spoken out loud.
Libel is the publication of a false statement about someone in writing that harms that person's reputation by exposing them to public hatred, scorn, disgrace, ridicule, or shame.
Typical forms of libel include statements published in:
Written statements are libel per se when they are so widely understood to be harmful that they are presumed to be damaging to the plaintiff's reputation. Examples of statements that are libel per se include statements that falsely claim that someone:
Someone can make a libelous statement about a person or business in print or online. Examples of potentially libelous statements include:
Libel is considered in context. If a writer describes an athlete as a "pimp" in a glowing profile in a magazine, it probably isn't libel. In the context of the profile, the writer is likely complimenting the athlete, not accusing the athlete of a crime.
Slander is the communication of a false statement about someone by spoken word or gesture that harms that person's reputation.
Typical forms of slander include verbal statements at a town hall meeting or at a professional conference.
Technology is increasingly blurring the lines between spoken and printed communications. Is a podcast an oral statement (slander) or a written script read out loud (libel)? Are text messages more like a conversation (slander) or a blog post (libel)?
Courts are split on whether to characterize broadcast speech and digital communications as slander or libel. Some lawmakers and legal scholars think courts should get rid of the categories altogether. Most courts now focus on the permanence of the defamatory statement and how widely the statement is distributed. Courts are likely to characterize permanent and far-flung statements as libel, while more fleeting statements that are made to a smaller audience are slander.
Slander, like libel, is divided into two categories: slander and slander per se.
Slander per se is the spoken word version of libel per se—a false statement that is so obviously harmful that damage to a plaintiff's reputation is presumed. Examples of slander per se include false accusations of improper sexual conduct, criminal activity, or bad business dealings.
Plaintiffs making non-per se slander claims have to show that the defendant made a false statement of fact about them to at least one other person and that they suffered "special damages" as a result of the slander. Special damages are evidence that the spoken words resulted in economic harm to the plaintiff, like getting fired or losing customers.
Libel is written defamation. Slander is spoken defamation.
Courts typically consider libel to be more harmful than slander because written statements last longer than spoken statements and can be distributed more widely.
Technology is blurring the libel/slander distinction. But the biggest difference between libel and slander—other than the means of communication—is the additional requirement that plaintiffs alleging slander have to show special damages. A slander per se claim doesn't require the plaintiff to prove special damages.
Defamation is a civil wrong (called a "tort") in every state. A few states still have criminal defamation laws on the books, but prosecutions are rare.
The consequences of defamation vary from state to state. Plaintiffs who successfully sue for defamation are typically entitled to monetary compensation for damages, including:
Pain and suffering in a defamation case typically includes compensation for mental anguish, emotional distress, loss of standing in the community, loss of enjoyment of life, anxiety, appetite loss, sleep disturbance, humiliation, and shame.
Remember, my evidence proves they were doing what they falsely claim i was doing.
It's funny when corrupt people do that, like politicians do every day.
I post true statements. It's not slander if it's true.
Nothing they claim i did is true, besides creating websites
to counter their coverup campaign of racist attacks.
Their careers are tainted, that's not my fault,
I'm just telling the world what they did to me, and it's my right.
You did this to yourselves.
Matthew Pyne (Dept Head)
Ricky Rickerson (aka Ricky Smollett, Original Liar of events)
Shaun Sequea (I've proven Shaun and Andrea together lied about events)
Claudine Bernadin (Apparently changed Jobs within the org.)
Catherine F. Downing (Their Racist Attorney)
Dana Hill (Bldg Manager - Fired)
I can't stress this enough,
I don't have a problem with PSI itself, just these individuals.
There's bad employees wherever you go.
This is the footage that proves i did and said none of what they claim.
Remember, it's not about what you hear, it's about what you DON'T hear.
They lied in the notice to quit.
This is happening while "Ricky" claims i was cursing my tits off. I challenge you to keep your composure in a similar situation.
This is the threat that started it all.
I'm a 49yo male with autism spectrum disorder and suffering from severe PTSD. I was unjustly accused by Pine Street Inn of committing a hate crime, based on false allegations of racist remarks. However, my time-stamped security camera footage proves none of that happened. As a result of this orchestrated lie, I lost my housing and all my belongings due to a massive cover-up, and now i have a large target on my back, having already received death threats from one PSI employee, Dana Hill, who was fired immediately afterwards.

What company in their right mind would continue to support PSI after this racism scandal goes fully public?
