  Now   he's lying about a hate crime and I have him on video clearly lying,    on the clock. On pine streets dime. And nobody is contacting me. I   guess I'll have to email everyone at PSI and maybe further.

 Good morning Mr. Dalpe,

I am hoping you received my out of office email as I am just now returning from a week and a half vacation.

I    am going to make some calls this morning to find out what has  happened   thus far (in response to you) and will circle back with you. 

Can you tell me the name or a description of the staff involved?

  Michael Jones is the main actor, I've only spoken to Claudine about it, nobody else but you has replied. Thank you .

  Yes I did get the out of office replies, I had no other recourse since nobody else responded.

And he's due to work today again and that just cannot be allowed to happen .

  At   one point, he voiced loudly "dude stop putting your finger in my face"   The  crazy part is I never lifted my hand from my side, and the other   hand  was holding my camera. That's when I realized he was trying  harder  to  provoke me, I spun around a right back into my apartment and  locked  the  door .

  So apparently I've been given the wrong name, his first name is Ricky, and Claudine won't tell me his real last name .

  Claudine is here, and she says he's coming to work no matter what happens .

 I will not be bullied into silence.

   I    wanted to let you know that I elevated your concerns to my Director    (which is the same person who oversees Mike Jones). We are considering    your reports as an  official grievance and will follow procedure as   such.

   For  now, the staff  you are  referring to (first name of Ricky) will not be  on site at the  house,  pending investigation of the report. You will be  contacted by  Mike  J.  to take your report/follow up on the grievance. 

Is email preferred?

(Me: BTW Ricky was promoted twice after this.)

 (I caught Dana Hill who later was fired for threatening my life, taking pictures of my rear windows)

I think that's the start of retaliation.

 When he came back inside, I told him he's now named in my retaliation grievance.

He replied with "you're only making thing worse for yourself by taking to me."

So by speaking to staff I'm making things worse? How is that exactly?

 Now that he's used his personal phone to take pics on site, his phone can be subpoenaed.

 His name is Dana, he's psi staff that lives onsite.

Andrea    and Shaun said they'd be back here today, but they will only address    Ricky, nothing else. They both emailed me grievance forms late last    night (10pm).

 As you can see, I'm full speed ahead on this. 

 I'm lucky that I don't drink or do drugs, so I'm more aware than most of my surroundings. 

 Obviously   it's not the snapping of pictures I have a problem with, it's  been  one  day since the staff meeting and he wasn't even involved, but  now  he  is. 

 Pine street has been  very good  to me. I started working at iCater in  2018, got this  apartment through  them and I've met loads of great psi  staff, and  that's why all this  bothers me so much.

(ME: I was vague about my mental illness specifics because I didn't want PSI to use it against me)

 I   have cognition problems where I fade, I've had a few  traumatic   injuries the past 7 years that I deal with daily. Related  social  issues  etc etc, With that said, this entire thing could've been   avoided if  there was a security camera in the office, like there is in   the lobby  and all entrances already, contracted staff tend to act   professional  when there is one. It makes it unsafe to be in there as a   resident  unless there's more than one staff member for oversight. I  see  that  now.

After talking to  you and Andrea  together,  you can see how the three of us sorta back  up each other, to  avoid  communication conflict or any  misunderstandings.

I   don't do  well on demand, I can't communicate well and that , and now   there's  been a huge misunderstanding without allowing a defense.

I have multiple character witnesses that want to get into a meeting if possible.
 

That's  why I tend to email in   short spurts. I sat on this one all night to  make it work better for   people that seem to know nothing about me and  think I'm simply just a   grouchy jerk who now has to answer to racist  slander accusations.

Often I have to reflect upon any interactions with people over time because I have to make sense of things myself.

Yourself and Andrea asked me for suggestions, and since I have to be calm to express well, this is it.

ME: This  is me, writing you to request a meeting over the  video I finished  posting to YouTube, of "Ricky" lying over and over  again and then also  to Andrea when he first initially reported the  supposed "harassment",  turns out it's him the entire time.

This exonerates me.

Cameras don't lie, people do.

During the meeting, I can play it for you, and dictate any details you might need.

This I'm sure puts his entire story at rest.

I did nothing wrong.
