Hi I know Hosana said you weren't available till Friday but I have a few things I think you should know. Now that you've been assigned to this, that changes things and I have to make everyone aware of the danger it puts me in. The "bad actors" I've gathered evidence of, that puts me in danger because when someone exposes corrupted employees, my life and liberty is at risk, it's worrying, just saying if anything happens, I'm informing everyone involved. I've been through this before in Pittsburgh and the guy tried to kill me.

Hi Jeramy,
It is nice to meet you.
Do you have time for a call today so we can discuss your grievance?
Just so you know, I am not on the Housing team and my only goal here is to support you and make sure you are able to state your case at the hearing.
Would you mind sharing your phone number with me?
From: Me
Hi, you also, I just woke up. I haven't gotten a lot of regular sleep over this stress but I sure did today that's for sure. Just seeing that I'm going to finally be taken seriously was a huge relief and I knocked out.
Give me the weekend to straighten out and Monday we'll talk.

Question, would you say most PSI employees know of you, job title, and duties? I think that your office was kept secret from me by housing management.
I'm not all that well organized so I throw out questions as they appear to me.

I would say most employees in my department know about me, my job title and duties. I am not a part of the Housing team and my job doesn’t include supporting tenants, so I am not sure why management would hide me from anyone in Housing.
That is why I was asked to help you – because I am not in the Housing department. That way you have someone helping you who doesn’t have anything to lose in helping you.
Let me know you are ready to speak about the grievance committee hearing.
(This is when the cover up was obvious to me. This never went anywhere.)

We can either speak in person here, or via email. I want records of every message since psi housing was so abusive, no phone calls.
I'm guessing you haven't been updated.
Also if psi plans on labeling me their enemy and not renewing my lease agreement because I proved some of their employees are corrupt, they need to prepare for multiple lawsuits .
If PSI would like to avoid lawsuits, I suggest they clear my name with a letter explaining that their employee(s) acted in concert to terrorize me by filing court documents with lies that I can easily prove false. Once published, it becomes LIBEL, which then becomes VERY EXPENSIVE.
I need a letter like that to show people that it was fabricated, like Brookline housing coalition for example. It's about clearing me and making psi learn something from this, something more than just how to ruin people's lives with evidence they chose to ignore.

Well we can ask for that during the hearing.
No one has updated with me anything because I am supposed to be supporting you – so I thought I would get the story directly from you.
I am not comfortable going to your apartment. Are you able to meet me at the shelter?
How about Zoom so you can record me?
From: Me
I'm avoiding 444 until all this is solved to my satisfaction. I live in a psi managed location that has a common room nobody uses. I don't have a camera on my computer but if you don't mind not seeing me too, I can do that.

That works.

I'm still not thrilled about this committee stuff, sounds just like police departments investigating themselves.
