   All   in all, the threat to "make your life a living hell" should be enough  for termination. Sorry but I'm kinda stuck on that one.

(ME:  Ricky was promoted twice after this! The only time an employee is  promoted during a scandal investigation is when his employer approved of  his behavior.)

(ME: I was vague about my mental illness specifics because I didn't want PSI to use it against me)

 I   have cognition problems where I fade, I've had a few  traumatic   injuries the past 7 years that I deal with daily. Related  social  issues  etc etc, With that said, this entire thing could've been   avoided if  there was a security camera in the office, like there is in   the lobby  and all entrances already, contracted staff tend to act   professional  when there is one. It makes it unsafe to be in there as a   resident  unless there's more than one staff member for oversight. I  see  that  now.

After talking to  you and Andrea  together,  you can see how the three of us sorta back  up each other, to  avoid  communication conflict or any  misunderstandings.

I   don't do  well on demand, I can't communicate well and that , and now   there's  been a huge misunderstanding without allowing a defense.

I have multiple character witnesses that want to get into a meeting if possible.
 

That's  why I tend to email in   short spurts. I sat on this one all night to  make it work better for   people that seem to know nothing about me and  think I'm simply just a   grouchy jerk who now has to answer to racist  slander accusations.

Often I have to reflect upon any interactions with people over time because I have to make sense of things myself.

Yourself and Andrea asked me for suggestions, and since I have to be calm to express well, this is it.

By the way it clears me, WITHOUT DOUBT.

@1:40    is the first lie to Andrea, then shortly after he tells her he's in   the  office and insinuates that I'm in there too, and clearly I am not.

He    won't let me speak more than two words, he slowly advancing at me and    he's harassing me outside the door after I leave, twice I left and   twice  he just kept going.

Well,    now that I'm completely cleared of these vicious lies, you can see  who   the real aggressor is, because I've had to redefine aggressor  since  that  event. Tell me what racist things (ME: plural mind you), did I say?   Nothing.

That trespass should be applied to him.

See how an office camera would've stopped all this from happening?

I'm   confident that this should put all this in to rest, for good. I have   more video, but I stopped at two of his lies, figured that was enough.
